Our Company

Arkiva was founded in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005 by two South Florida businessmen, Bruce Roberson and Ken Goldberg. Arkiva offers a complete digital documentation, inventory and on-line storage service for the contents of your home or business. We can actually send professional imageographers to your home or business and create a record of your valuable items and documents. We take it a significant step further by storing your information electronically in a secure and redundant data center environment, located in Texas and Virginia. Only you have access to your secure account to add, delete, or revise documents as needed, from any location in the world, at any time.

With the addition of Arkiva, Arkiva can not only offer you a digital home online, but a center for all of your digital media needs.

Arkiva Executives
Bruce Roberson, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Arkiva Chief Executive Officer Bruce Roberson draws from nearly 20 years experience in Healthcare, Sales, Marketing and Information Systems Management. His background includes executive roles with McDonnell Douglas, IBM/Baxter, National Data Corporation, HBOC, First Consulting Group, and Proxymed. Mr. Roberson holds degrees in Healthcare and Business Administration, and is an active member of related service organizations.

Zachary J. Goldberg, Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder

A Zachary J. Goldberg, 33, is Chief Technology Officer and serves on the Board of Directors of Arkiva, Inc. Mr. Goldberg has extensive experience in both the technology and financial services arenas. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College in 1997. His financial background includes acting as Portfolio Manager for Bank of America, Portfolio Analyst with Palmer and Dodge, and Fixed Income Trader with Franklin Templeton Investments. He also holds certificates of achievement in Network and Systems Administration from Microsoft. His Technology background includes acting as Project Manager for multiple projects Nationally.

Ken Goldberg, Executive VP of Sales and Business Development, Co-Founder

With over 18 years experience in Sales and Marketing Management, Mr. Goldberg is responsible for positioning Arkiva for rapid growth through new sales channels, orgranic growth, e-commerce, and professional services. He previously served as Senior Vice President for Bank of America Investment Services, Inc. a wealth management Division of Bank of America. His career achievements include: strategic management of over $400 million in assets; Recipient of the prestigious President’s Club Award; Founder of MadebyMarci, a nationwide sales and distribution company. He also participated in Economics for Corporate Executives at the Wharton Business School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Arkiva Board Members and Directors
Dr. Martin Mahler
Dr. Martin Mahler, age 62, has served as a Director of the company since December 2005. Dr. Mahler has been practicing dentistry for a number of years in South Florida.

Bennett Marks
Mr. Marks has served as a Director of the Company since its establishment. He is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Patriot Equity, LLC and Patriot Rail, LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Marks was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Inoveris, LLC, Plan Vista Corporation and Rail America, Inc.

Randall Wood

Mr. Wood is Chairman & CEO of Coneca Properties, an nine-year old commercial real estate investment company headquartered in Coral Springs, Fl. Coneca owns and operates office and retail properties located in Coral Springs, Cypress Creek, and Boca Raton, Fl. Coneca is also engaged in real estate development both commercial and residential. Prior to becoming a real estate investor, Mr. Wood spent 23 years in the computer industry. In 1989, he co-founded Citrix Systems, a software company that has grown into a billion dollar Fortune 500 public company and is a major employer in South Florida.

In addition to running Coneca, Mr. Wood is also very active in the community. He sits on the boards of the North Broward YMCA, the YMCA of Broward County, Enterprise Coral Springs, and the Coral Springs Economic Development Foundation. Mr. Wood also chairs the Council of Executive Officers of Coral Springs, and is a member of the City of Coral Springs Customer Involved Government committee.

Mr. Wood, 55, holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware. Along with his wife Debbie, he has resided in Coral Springs since 1990 and together they have three children and two grandchildren.
