11gb = $89.95 per year
22gb = $169.95 per year
50gb = $369.95 per year
Q. What browsers does Arkiva work with?

Q. How do I work with my files and folders?
A. You can upload and edit all your PC files (i.e. Word, Excel. PDF) by choosing the documents icon and following the simple steps.
Q. How can I share files and folders? Am I limited to Arkiva Users only?
A. You can share with any email address.
Q. . How many images can I have on my account?
A. In total you cannot exceed 1 gigabyte of space, unless you choose to purchase an upgraded account.
Q. Am I limited to picture size?
A. You are not limited as to the size of an image but in total storage you are limited to 1GB unless you choose to purchase additional storage space. You have the option of uploading your files in their current state or compressing them to save space.
Q. Will I be able to host music and video files on my account?

Q. How do you safeguard and secure my data to prevent accidental loss or unauthorized access?
A. We are dedicated to protecting the privacy of your personally identifiable information. Arkiva.com stores all information under physical, electronic and procedural controls that comply with, or exceed, governmental standards. Our employees do NOT have access to your secure website information at any time or for any reason.
Q. How do you secure my personal identifiable information and/or my password?
A. No one has access to any individual customer information. Stored data is encrypted. For example, if you lose your password it must be reset - Arkiva keeps limited information strictly to identify you as an Arkiva.com/Arkiva customer: name, phone number, email address. Automatic billing is sent directly from your account to the credit card company for processing.
Q. Where is my data stored? A. Multiple, secure geographic locations.
Q. Are my Medical records Secure? A. Your medical records and ALL the contents of your Arkiva account is 100% secured by our dual-layer security. We use the same security features as major financial institutions.
Q. Will Arkiva ever release any of my medical information or personal documents to a third party? A. We will not give, sell, rent, share, or trade any of your personally identifiable information, or the data that you store using our service to any third party, except as outlined in our Terms of Service and in this privacy policy.
